Support & Information Services

The Support & Information area of the Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre (BWoSCC) website provides information on the patient focused services the cancer centre provides.

The Dietician’s, Speech and Language Therapist’s, Physiotherapist’s, Occupational Therapist’s, Counsellors, and Welfare Rights Officer’s are all here to provide help to those who require these services.

For any queries on your treatment, its side-effects or any other issues related to your radiotherapy treatment there is the radiotherapy advice line or the information & support radiographers.

The Information and Support Centre is for everyone affected by a diagnosis of cancer.  Perhaps you are a patient, a carer, a relative or friend of someone who has cancer.

We are here to help you find the information, support and advice that will help you to cope – before diagnosis, on diagnosis, through treatment and afterwards.
