Jane joined the PDERU team in March 2021. A fundamental aspect of the role is to support the continuous practice development of clinical staff to ensure the delivery of quality, safe, evidence-based, person - centred care. Jane facilitates the creation of a positive learning environment in the work place where staff development is encouraged and supported. With her wealth of clinical expertise,
