World Kindness Day 13th Nov

As a follow on from the work that PDERU have been involved in with promoting Civility in the workplace, our team did a walk around to all departments on Monday 13th November 2023 to promote World Kindness Day .
This was not only an opportunity to recognise the incredible work our staff do, but also discuss what kindness means to our staff . 
Our principle objective that we wanted to convey that even small acts of kindness can start a ripple of change .
Our staff have given many examples of what kindness means to them and we hope to develop a word collage picture for display in our main entrance.
