Shilpar Thapar

Shilpa Thapar is a Clinical Trial Coordinator for Breast Cancer Clinical Trials that are coordinated through the Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre. Shilpa has worked in the Clinical Trials Unit for the past 13 years and has recently joined the Breast Team. Shilpa works closely with the advanced Breast Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Trials Research Nurses, Medical/Clinical Oncologists and Pharmacists within the Breast Team with all aspects of trial co-ordination and data management. Shilpa does not have a clinical role and does not interact with patients, but you will see her around clinics handing out Patient Information Sheets to the Breast Team.
